X12 Board Election for 2024-2026 Term
There are two director positions open for the 2024-2026 term. The candidate slate has been finalized and the slate includes:
Each candidate submitted a statement that can be viewed by clicking on their names above. The election will be conducted via a corporate electronic ballot that closes on January 18, 2024. The primary and alternate representative of each X12 member will receive a separate notice containing instructions for accessing the ballot.
The new directors will be announced at the General Session scheduled for January 22, 2024 in Sparks, NV.
