X12 Board of Directors Election
There are two positions open for the 2025-2027 term. The candidate slate has been finalized and the slate includes:
Click the candidate's name above to read their candidate statement. The election will be conducted via a corporate electronic ballot that closes on January 30, 2025. The primary and alternate representative of each X12 member will receive a separate notice containing instructions for accessing the ballot.
The new directors will be announced at the General Session scheduled for February 3, 2025 in Philadelphia, PA.
