Announcing X12’s New E-commerce Platform
Over the last several weeks, X12 has transitioned to a new e-commerce and self-service platform for managing X12 membership, licensing, and subscriptions. The new portal is integrated with the existing X12 website, X12|ID, and subscription management system behind the scenes. You can access the new portal through “My Account” on X12.org or by going directly to ecommerce.x12.org.
If you don’t already have an X12|ID, you can create one and access your new subscriber dashboard which shows you the resources you’re subscribed to, as well as your account profile, past orders, and organization you’re associated with if applicable. From there, depending on your active subscriptions, you can go to the product browser to find and review X12 publications, links to view them in Glass, or download them if applicable.
Related to this, you will receive reminders in the dashboard to renew your respective subscriptions, and the system will automatically send you confirmation emails based on your orders. New functionality to remind you to renew subscriptions such as X12 membership, licenses, or external code lists will be launched soon, as well.
