Example 02: Complete Transaction Set Reject Reporting

DEF Insurance is an automobile insurance company and has an Electronic Transmitter Identification Number of 222222222. DEF Insurance provides automobile insurance to the fleet of JonesCo Transportation, which uses an Electronic Transmitter Identification Number of B5678 for all of its EDI transmissions with DEF Insurance. The EDI contact at DEF Insurance is Tom Evans, who can be reached to discuss transmission issues at (800) 555-1212, extension 1439. DEF Insurance has DEF Insurance has an agreement with its trading partners that any application edit failure will result in the rejection of the entire transaction set.
