We are looking for feedback on which code(s) X12 believes to be appropriate for reversals of claims. We recently submitted CAQH ECCA requests due to a State audit of our CARC/RARC combinations because we found that the below combinations were appropriate for our claim(s) scenarios. Additionally, can we get clarification on what X12 deems as a proprietary business scenario for our records?
There are no specific CARC/RARC combinations to be used in a reversal.
