RFI Response
The Supervising Provider Situational rule reads: “Required when the rendering provider is supervised by a physician. If not required by this implementation guide, do not send.” The same provider cannot supervise themselves therefore it is not allowed to send the same provider information in the Rendering and Supervising Loops at the claim or line levels.
