Description
Is there any requirement when both SV104 and CR106 are present for a single service line that they must be the same?

No, currently there is no requirement in the 005010X222A1 TR3 that requires that these two values be the same when both are submitted on the claim/service line. If there is a business need to change the current situational rule around either one of these elements or both, please submit a Designated Standards Maintenance Organizations (DSMO) request to http://www.hipaa-dsmo.org/.
