Multiple POB Numbers on service
Description
5010 version allows to send up to 5 Predetermination of Benefits Identiffication numbers for a service line in loop 2400, segment REF with G3 qualifier.
Is it compliant with the TR3 to send multiple POB Identiffication numbers for the same payer (destination or non-destination) on a same service line?
Same question for Prior Authorization Number and Referral Number.
RFI Response
There are no situations in which more than one identification number would be sent to the same payer at the line level for these segments in question.
