5010 278X217, 2000E, HCR01 Action Code in Response
If HCR01 is valued with A2 Certified - Partial at the Patient Event level, can this response be appealed? I am trying to determine what if any additional actions could occur with this patient event response. My assumption is that any appeals would be done at the Service Level, is that a valid assumption?

The assumption that any appeals would be done at the Service Level is not implied. This request could be appealed at either the 2000E or 2000F loop.
