X12 Board of Directors Application

In January 2026 X12 members will elect two directors to serve on the X12 Board for the 2026-2028 term. Both seats are unrestricted, meaning they do not have to be filled by an X12 member representative.

Applications are being accepted now through 11:59 pm ET on December 27, 2025. Individuals may register their interest in serving on the X12 Board by submitting the form below.

Candidate Statement
Your candidate statement should be a brief summary of your qualifications for the position, related experience and objectives should you be elected. The statement provided will be posted publicly on X12.org, distributed to X12 member representatives, and included on the election ballot.
