Request for P&P Review
The ASC Steering Committee has tasked the Policies and Procedures Task Group (P&P) with reviewing all policies and procedures that are subject to member ballot or Steering approval and recommending an action to Steering. In addition, P&P is tasked with reviewing all policies and procedures created by any ASC subcommittee, task group, or work group which are not subject to member ballot or Steering approval to ensure they comply with corporate and committee governance.
To initiate a P&P review, a group’s chair, or an official designee, submits this online form with the document to be reviewed attached. The submitter will be P&P's Point-of-Contact during the associated review process.
