The ASC Policies & Procedures (P&P) task group permits ASC constituents to request constituent status in P&P after attending two consecutive P&P meetings as an observer. Constituent status is granted to the individual member representative, not to the X12 member. P&P constituents are expected to actively participate in P&P collaborations on an ongoing basis. See the P&P Charter (ASC31) for more information on the constituent criteria and other governance specific to P&P.
If you are an X12 member representative who has met the qualifying requirements established for P&P constituents, you may submit this form to register an interest in being recognized as a constituent. The P&P chair will contact you after your qualifications are reviewed.
