Anyone can submit a suggestion related to X12's internal code list dictionary using this form; X12 considers all submitted suggestions. Input may be solicited from other materially interested parties as part of X12's consideration process. X12 staff will contact the submitter if clarification or more information is necessary to process the suggestion.
Do not use this form for external code lists, for example, those found on X12's External Code Lists page. There is a Maintenance Request Form on each of those lists.
