Summer 2022 Standing Meeting
We hope you are planning to join us at the next X12 Standing Meeting, June 26 to 30, 2022 onsite at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, in San Antonio Texas. Virtual sessions associated with this Standing Meeting are scheduled between June 26 and July 6, 2022. Registration is open through June 12, 2022. To help us with meeting planning, please register by the deadline.
There is no meeting fee for X12 member representatives. Pricing for non-member attendees varies. Non-member attendees who join as members within 30 days of the meeting can apply their non-member fee towards the first year dues.
Once you register for the meeting, you won’t receive additional registration reminders.

X12 discounted room rates are available through June 3, 2022. After the deadline, the hotel’s normal room rates will apply.

Session Schedule
The meeting schedule is posted for your review. You’ll need to review the schedule and decide which sessions you will attend before completing the registration process. Most of the sessions at an X12 Standing Meeting are working sessions. If you choose to participate virtually rather than onsite, please use a computer or large tablet to ensure you can actively participate as you should expect that much of the discussion content may be presented during the online session.
X12 groups have a lot to do during Standing meetings and it isn’t possible to avoid scheduling overlap between groups so you will not be able to attend all the sessions of every group.
Onsite
Pick up your badge and other meeting information at the X12 Registration Desk once you arrive at the hotel in San Antonio. Be sure to have your badge scanned at the Registration Desk when you arrive and in each session you attend.
If Your Plans Change
No-shows impact X12's meeting costs and the efficiency of both check-in and the meeting sessions. If you have registered and your plans change and you won’t be attending or if you need to change your virtual session participation selections for any reason, please submit this form to let us know. Thanks in advance for helping to reduce unnecessary expenses and enhance the meeting experience for everyone.
