X12 Board of Directors Election
There are two director positions open for the 2026-2028 term. The candidate slate has been finalized and the slate includes:
Each candidate submitted a statement that can be viewed by clicking on their names above. The election will be conducted via a corporate electronic ballot that closes on January 23, 2026. The primary and alternate representatives of each X12 member will receive a separate notice containing instructions for accessing the ballot.
The new directors will be announced at the General Session scheduled for January 26, 2026 in Portland, OR.
