Fall 2021 Standing Meeting Registration
We hope you are planning to join us at the next X12 Standing Meeting, September 26 to 30, 2021 onsite at The Westin Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Virtual sessions associated with this Standing Meeting are scheduled between September 26 and October 6, 2021. Registration is open through September 10, 2021. To help us with meeting planning, please register by the deadline.
There is no meeting fee for X12 member representatives. Pricing for non-member attendees varies. Non-member attendees who join as members within 30 days of the meeting can apply their non-member fee towards the first year dues.
Once you register for the meeting, you won’t receive additional registration reminders.
X12 discounted room rates are available through September 3, 2021. After the deadline, the hotel’s normal room rates will apply.

Due to the unique challenges in working through the hotel and room logistics for a virtual and in-person meeting, and although the base scheduled is expected to remain consistent with previous onsite meetings, we need to capture expected participation information for attendees through the registration process before publishing a final schedule. Another announcement will be circulated once the schedule is available.
Pick up your badge and other meeting information at the X12 Registration Desk once you arrive at the hotel in Pittsburgh. Be sure to have your badge scanned at the Registration Desk when you arrive and in each session you attend.
X12 presents two achievement awards annually, the Edward A. Guilbert award and the Earl "Buddy" Bass award. X12 also recognized member representatives who have made significant contributions to X12 at their professional retirement with the Distinguished Service award. If Your Plans Change
No-shows and unregistered participants impact X12's meeting costs and the efficiency of both check-in and the meeting sessions. If you have registered and your plans change and you won’t be attending or if you need to change your virtual session participation selections for any reason, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
