997/999 Results - Mandatory to Sort and Group by Positions?
Description
When reporting errors with the 997 or 999 transaction sets, is it mandatory to sort the entries in the AK3/IK3 and AK4/IK4 loops by their segment/element/sub-element positions within the original transaction set?
Scenario
For example, are the following snippets allowed in 997 or 999 transaction sets?

There is no sequence in reporting detail level errors for a given transaction set using the AK3 (997) or IK3 (999) for segments or AK4 (997) or IK4 (999) for elements.
