CPT to X12 Service Type Code Crosswalk (270/271)
Description
Is there a way to determine what X12 Service Type Code a specific CPT is associated with? I am trying to determine what X12 Service Type to look at for CPT, 92100015-HC US VENOUS IMG UNILATERAL. Is there a Crosswalk somewhere for CPT to X12 Service Type?

Within X12N, no crosswalk is available that maps CPT codes to Service Type Codes or Service Type Codes to CPT codes.
While this falls out of the responsibility of X12N, it would be up to the information source how they categorically relate the Service Type Codes to procedure codes and vice versa.
