If 270 transaction had inquiries for two patients, is it compliant with the TR3 to return 271 as follows:
- inquiry for the first patient was processed properly and it is answered with a proper eligibility information (2110C for subscriber)
- back end system timed out during processing of the second inquiry, so response is returned with AAA that has AAA03 as 42 in 2100C (and no 2110C loops)
