Description
Does the situational rule on the PER -Payer Web Site segment from the 5010 errata document allow the the segment to be sent without the Healthcare Policy REF segment? If the situational requirement is to send when any 2110 loop Healthcare Policy REF Segment is used, one could interpret this to mean that the payer web site is only sent when the Healthcare Policy REF segment is used.

No, this is addressed in the situational rule “Required when any2110 loop Healthcare policy REF segment is used.” So this means you only use it when the Health care Policy segment is used.“IF not required by this implementation guide do not send “ Means if the Health care policy is not used then do not send.
