Description
If a payer recieves a generic enquiry with service type code"30" in EQ-270 then what should be the ideal response to the request in 271?

This issue is explicitly addressed in guide 005010X279. Section 1.4.7.1 (Minimum Requirements For Implementation Guide Compliance) under the 271 heading identifies specific requirements by number. Specific to Service Type code "30", item # 8 spells out the detailed requirements for the response 271 when the 270 request identified EQ01 with a Service Type Code "30".
