We have a payer sending back a rejection reason that has noting to do with the actual rejection.

We were missing a Rendering Providers Taxonomy code in the PVR segment. I acknowledge that issue, and am working to fix it. That issue is in the IK3 and IK4. However they are also sending a rejection in the AK905 i view to be invalid. The rejection is saying there is a problem with the Functional Group Header and Trailer. There is not. Here is the ISA, IEA, GS, GE, ST, and SE segments from the file.
