The hotel will request a credit card to hold your room, however, it will only be charged upon check-in. Remember to cancel your reservation up 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid charges to your credit card.
To assure proper accommodations are in place to conduct business during our meeting, the association needs to contract with a host hotel for a certain amount of sleeping rooms. This keeps costs for our members as low as possible. To minimize exposure to added costs, we ask that you make your reservations in the block provided above.
To avoid hotel penalties, please confirm room cancellations directly with the host hotel within 72 hours in advance of your intended arrival, if you are not able to attend the meeting.
